This policy explains how LeadworksUK (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our contact form or by email: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the area you cover and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log for security.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract).
- To provide our services if you become a client (performance of a contract).
- To keep our website secure and working properly (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal information, and we will not add you to marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our business, such as our website host (Netlify), our contact form provider (Web3Forms) and Google Workspace for email. They process information only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months if you don't become a client. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy of it. To make a request, email sam@leadworksuk.com.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel) in future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
